Dear Friend,

Today was a great day. I had class from 8-9am, then worked on homework for several hours. We are writing a research paper in our ME 250 Class about using an alternative material for a knee joint replacement. This last Sunday, I asked a girl from our ward, Jayde Shackett, to go to the CES Devotional with me where Elder Packer spoke. It was very fun. Today, I asked her to go out to lunch with me, and it was also a great experience. I think I'm interested in her and would like to get to know her more, and hopefully date her. I asked her out on a date for this Friday evening. There is so much to do this week in terms of classes. I hope that I can stay focused on what is most important and give precedence to that. I feel grateful to the Lord for his continual support and strength in my life.

Love,

Ethan A. Grabau

P.S. I was just studying for a dynamics test, and I feel the Lord guiding me. I know that He is in control in my life and has blessed me so much. I know that He has a work for me to do, and will help me where I need it to do what He commands. I want my will to conform to His, and to know what He would have me do, that I may do it. I am grateful for his help in my life. I feel that this is the way he wants me to go with my life, and I know that He giveth no commandment unless he provides a way for me to accomplish the thing which He commands me.
